At the heart of our philosophy, and one we have been able to continuously reinvest back into the partnership, is our re:search led and data driven approach. Atlassian has allowed us to innovate, iterate, and re:design traditional approaches to recruiting and scaling.
Both parties have seen immense growth and development of the period, having started on an initial 3 month trial. We have seen their TA function elevate and scale with us, both locally and globally, as the business increased investment into a TA function and model that have delivered results in hiring that they had never thought possible!
Atlassian continue to be our foundational partner, we are eternally grateful for their trust and support. It is a testament to the strength of the partnership that we have been able to successfully execute on different strategic initiatives and evolve.
